3. The work itself
On site in the Ostalbkreis region, via remote support, or by insured shipping within Germany. For customers in Germany, on-site work at home counts as a craftsman service under § 35a EStG – up to 20 % of the labour costs are tax-deductible.
4. Pick-up & invoice
A finished device and a clear, traceable invoice – no hidden items.
