Support – even without money

In my scripts, in NSLNX-ITSM, in a blog post or on this website – or in Linux itself: if something seems odd to you as a beginner, it is often a real bug nobody has reported yet. Just write to me – no forum, no bug tracker needed. English is fine.

I don't advertise and I don't track anyone – word of mouth keeps this workshop going. Tell your neighbours, family or club about it when someone is struggling with their computer.

Contribute code: my scripts and NSLNX-ITSM are openly available on GitLab. Improvements are welcome as a merge request or as a patch by e-mail.

Old laptops, PCs, power supplies, RAM or SSDs don't have to go to the recycling centre. I often refurbish them or use them as spare parts for other repairs – giving another computer a few more years.

Please ask briefly by e-mail first whether I can use something right now. Customers can also have devices credited against their labour time.
